Laser Cutting CNC laser cutting is the core strength of our business. With several years of experience, we are able to produce quality parts and meet strict delivery requirements from prototype to production. We offer cutting with both oxygen and nitrogen, depending on the finish of the cut required. Cutting carbon steel (gauge material) with nitrogen ensures a clean edge that prevents paint flaking. Our technical support department can turn any format (sample, sketch, blueprint, CAD drawing) into a finished part. TOPS 100 & 400 (drawing /programming software designed by Trumpf) are used to draw and convert CAD drawings to NC code. Our location utilizes two cutting machines (Trumpf 2530 & 4030) to process material. In addition to a large bed (80" x156"), the 4030 offers tube cutting capabilities. Laser cutting pipe and tube is accurate and less time consuming than conventional methods.
